The shipping of the items takes place as soon as we have received your payment. Orders within The Netherlands have a delivery time of 2 to 3 workdays. Going abroad is a bit longer. The delivery service will keep you informed of the status of your delivery via email.

Did you recieved a wrong / damaged item?
If you have received a wrong or damaged item by mistake, please contact customer service via email@example.com. Always send the invoice number and a clear photo of the problem if the item is damaged. We will exchange the items free of charge or we will find a suitable solution.
